Mathieu Malaterre b9787a965f BUG: revert yesterday patch. The implementation was correct. The problem was that _WIN32 was forced to be #define on cygwin when included from ITK, which was miss matching the implementation from the declaration. Brad King 038c9e27d7 ENH: Adding Shell_Flag_EchoWindows option to setup escapes for arguments to the native echo command in a shell.
