Jean-Philippe Lang	603e11d7a5	Merged 0.6 branch into trunk. ... Permissions management was rewritten. Some permissions can now be specifically defined for non member and anonymous users. Jean-Philippe Lang	2fb84af3e9	Added "Watch" functionality on issues. It allows users to receive mail notifications about issue changes. ...
