Convert KWSys to OSI-approved BSD License
...
This converts the KWSys license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD
License. We drop the previous license clause requiring modified
versions to be plainly marked. We also update the KWSys copyright to
cover the full development time range.

COMP: Fix warning about binding reference-to-non-const to an rvalue on VS6. It does not seem to be doing the proper auto_ptr_ref conversions. Instead use the const_cast work-around on this platform.
