Stephen Kelly ff015ee11e Genex: Report error if a target file is needed to evaluate link libraries. 
Constructs such as

 target_link_libraries(foo $<$<STREQUAL:$<TARGET_FILE:foo>,foo.so>:bar>)

segfault before this patch.
