Until now an unnamed component was always named "Unspecified".
Now this name is taken from the new cmake variable CMAKE_INSTALL_DEFAULT_COMPONENT_NAME,
which is initialized to "Unspecified". But it can now be set to something
project-specific, per directory

This converts the CMake license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD
License. We drop the previous license clause requiring modified
versions to be plainly marked. We also update the CMake copyright to
cover the full development time range.
RUNTIME, ARCHIVE, LIBRARY, etc.) arguments are given.
If the component of a part of a target is queried, return the specific one,
if a specific one hasn't been set, return the generic one, if that hasn't
been set, return "Unspecified".
