Kitware Robot	77543bde41	Convert CMake-language commands to lower case ... Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands. Later command names became case-insensitive. Now the preferred style is lower-case. Kitware Robot	7bbaa4283d	Remove trailing whitespace from most CMake and C/C++ code ... Our Git commit hooks disallow modification or addition of lines with trailing whitespace. Wipe out all remnants of trailing whitespace everywhere except third-party code.
