The former is a much more general and modern command. Refer authors to
it from documentation of its predecessors.

Convert CMake to OSI-approved BSD License
...
This converts the CMake license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD
License. We drop the previous license clause requiring modified
versions to be plainly marked. We also update the CMake copyright to
cover the full development time range.

BUG: Remove old get_target_property docs
...
The get_target_property command contained some outdated documentation of
the LOCATION and TYPE properties. This removes it since they are now
documented in the properties list section of the documentation.
