Kitware Robot	77543bde41	Convert CMake-language commands to lower case Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands. Later command names became case-insensitive. Now the preferred style is lower-case. Alexander Neundorf	7f11536704	ENH: now target names can be used in add_custom_command() and add_custom_target() as COMMAND, and cmake will recognize them and replace them with the actual output path of these executables. Also the dependency will be added automatically. Test included.
