Brad King	80a3273b5e	Drop all documentation formatters except Usage ... We now need only the Usage formatter to support command-line options that print basic usage, and the supporting indented=>preformatted markup processor to support CMake message formatting. Wipe out all remnants of trailing whitespace everywhere except third-party code. Brad King	96afb12087	Convert CMake to OSI-approved BSD License ... This converts the CMake license to a pure 3-clause OSI-approved BSD License.
