Kitware Robot	d9fd2f5402	Revise C++ coding style using clang-format ... Run the `Utilities/Scripts/clang-format.bash` script to update all our C++ code to a new style defined by `.clang-format`. Kitware Robot	77543bde41	Convert CMake-language commands to lower case ... Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands. Later command names became case-insensitive. Now the preferred style is lower-case.
