- Policy is WARN by default so projects will build
as they did in 2.4 without user intervention
- Remove CMAKE_LINK_OLD_PATHS variable since it was
never in a release and the policy supercedes it
- Report target creation backtrace in warning message
since policy should be set by that point

BUG: Fix the Java test for Visual Studio builds. Before this, it had been trying to include "BuildLog.htm" in the .jar file because it was using "." as the list of files to include in the .jar file. Use "*.class" instead of "." to prevent this silliness.

(make the backtrace an explicit argument)
- Change cmMakefile::IssueMessage to construct a backtrace
and call the cmake instance version
- Record a backtrace at the point a target is created
(useful later for messages issued by generators)

- Split INFO strings in source into multiple pieces
to make sure assembly or other listings produced
by the compiler are never matched by the regex
- Store INFO strings via pointer instead of array
to convince some compilers to store the string
literally in the binary
- This should help make it work for sdcc 2.8.0 RC1
