Kitware Robot	77543bde41	Convert CMake-language commands to lower case Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands. Later command names became case-insensitive. Now the preferred style is lower-case. Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands.  Later command

BUG: Correct some of the dependency analysis code.

- Make sure the original link line is untouched
