libarchive: Remove SCHILY dev,ino,nlink attributes (#11176) 

At least one version of GNU tar (1.15.1 with Fedora patches) does not
recognize these attributes and exits with error.  Do not generate them.
Patch from upstream libarchive svn r2563.
