Test variables CMAKE_(C|CXX|Fortran)_COMPILER(|_ID|_VERSION) 

Add tests CMakeOnly.CompilerId(C|CXX|Fortran) to check that the basic
compiler tool path, vendor, and version variables have been set as
expected.
