Add macro ADD_FEATURE_INFO() and improve docs.

ADD_FEATURE_INFO() can be used to set the info for a feature,
e.g. an option().
set_feature_info() has been renamed to set_package_info(), since this is
about found or not found packages. For compatiblity set_feature_info()
is still provided.

# - Macros for generating a summary of enabled/disabled features # - Macros for generating a summary of enabled/disabled features

# This module provides the macros feature_summary(), set_package_info() and
# add_feature_info().
# For compatiblity it also still provides set_feature_info(),
# print_enabled_features() and print_disabled_features.

# PNG , A PNG image library. , <http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/>

# Lua51 , The Lua scripting language. , <http://www.lua.org>
# Foo , Foo provides cool stuff.
