CONFIGURE_PACKAGE_CONFIG_FILE(): improve generated comments

CONFIGURE_PACKAGE_CONFIG_FILE() now additionally generates
"Any changes to this file will be overwritten by the next CMake run
The input file was FooConfig.cmake.in"
into the configured file.
