Docs: Clarify wording "flag used" => "flag (to|will) be used" 

The phrase "flag used" is somewhat imprecise, so extend it to stress
intentions.

Also correct:

- "Flag" => "Flags"
- "[CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE]" => "<CONFIG>"
