ENH: Disable menu/buttons when doing configure.

Also disable generate until configure is done.
      Save more settings (last 10 binary directories, exit after generate,
                          last generator)
      Some UI tweaks for better layout.
      Support drag & drop of CMakeLists.txt/CMakeCache.txt files.
