Convert CMake non-find modules to BSD License This adds copyright/license notification blocks CMake's non-find modules. Most of the modules had no notices at all. Some had notices referring to the BSD license already. This commit normalizes existing notices and adds missing notices.

Also put builtin include dirs into CodeBlocks project file Refactor code from CMakeFindEclipseCDT4.cmake so it can be used alkso for CodeBlocks, and move it into new file CMakeExtraGeneratorDetermineCompilerMacrosAndIncludeDirs.cmake. Alex
