Convert builtin help to reStructuredText source files Run the convert-help.bash script to convert documentation: ./convert-help.bash "/path/to/CMake-build/bin" Then remove it.

Can be set to change the visual studio keyword, for example Qt
integration works better if this is set to Qt4VSv1.0.

Use the :prop_tgt:`VS_GLOBAL_KEYWORD` target property to set the
keyword for Visual Studio 10 (2010) and newer.
