Whether to handle ``uic`` automatically for Qt targets.

This variable is used to initialize the :prop_tgt:`AUTOUIC` property on all the targets.
See that target property for additional information.
Add automatic uic invocation for Qt. The source files are already processed by cmQtAutomoc to look for moc includes, so extend that to also look for ui_ includes and find corresponding .ui files to process. This replaces the need to invoke qt4_wrap_ui().
